For non-urgent/routine appointments, please allow at least 48 hours especially during busy times. We can only keep a small amount of appointment slots for emergencies on the day. Should you require an emergency appointment, please call before 09:30am.
15 minutes are allocated to all appointments so we may not be able to deal with all medical issues during this time. You may need to make a further appointment, or if you think the appointment will take longer, you can request a longer appointment which will incur a charge.
All paperwork i.e., completion of forms/letters etc. will require at least 2 weeks for completion and will incur a charge.
